Does A Pus Filled Bump Around The Area Of Ear Piercing Suggest An Infection?

I got my ears pierced about 2 months ago and ever since i switched my piercing I ve had this bump on the back of my ear, it s transparent and you can see the puss and stuff. it s like above the piercing so it s not on the piercing and i don t know if it s if I tore my skin and it go infected or what, any help on what to do or what it is?
