i am a lady .accidentally i pregnented by a 14 year old boy ;because of husbands problem ,we have nochild yet.my hus accept my pregnancy..my doubt is how much of special care needed for my baby because babys actual father is a small boy .any special medication is needed

No it just needs to be monitored as any other pregnancy. Minority of partner doesn't raise any health issues. Go for regular antenatal checks as advised.
