Does Tramadol Contain Morphine?

I don t seem to be getting a straight forward answer to this question, is there morphine in tramadol ? Please help. I have a bulging disc in by back, nearer my neck, a work injury, is this the same as a slipped disc ? & I know everyone might be different but I have just seen my health adviser for my work & she is saying I should be back to work between 6 to 12 weeks. I feel I would not be able to do my job at the moment & it would make my symptoms worse. I have had severe pain going down on my shoulder blade, not able to use my right arm, it s now very weak & I have tingling in my finger, my daughter has to dry my hair, I can t hold the hairdryer up. What do you think ?

Hello,

Tramadol is different from morphine but both of them belongs to same groups opioids. You can consult a neurologist and get evaluated for the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
