General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Chest pain is not side effects of thyronorm tablets.

In hypothyroidism, the heart rate is very slow, and heart function is impaired. This can cause chest pain during exertion.

It is advised to regulate treatment to normalize thyroid hormones levels. Periodic consultation of the endocrinologist is recommended.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
