Does TBI Cause Lack Of Sex Drive?

I have some one who had a TBI 6 years ago, he has been taking care of his own hygene for about 3 years. He is un circumcized and does not have any sex drive and does not get an erection, the forskin is shrunk and the head of his penis does not come out and is red and sore. Please advise.

Hello
I think TBI has been cured completely but such diseases may cause loss of self esteem and depression so it could be of psychogenic origin. Also he may have reduced testosterone level so get a testosterone level at 8.30 AM in morning.
