Things that cleanse the body are usually a combination of laxatives, diuretics, or both which usually result in loss of water from the body, which can result in short-term weight loss. So again, as long as you are getting your injections every three months, you do not need to worry about pregnancy even if you do not get your menstrual cycle regularly.
