Does Romonav Vodka Reduce The Sperm Quality ?

I have 4 large pegs (60ml) of Romonav Vodka on a daily basis since 3 years
My sperm count is just 4 million
I am not impotent ... untill i drink
My sperm quality is not sufficient to conceive
My wife is unwilling to stay with me
Some thoughts are troublesome...so much so that sometimes i get suffocated and just want to run in an open space
This happens during night
We're still married
She does not answer my phone calls
She has even changed her cell no
Her family is supporting her in this
I need help desperately
I take alprazolam 0.5mg daily
This medication was prescribed for my dad
He has undergone CABG
