Hi,

Omnacortil is a corticosteroid commonly prescribed to treat various autoimmune diseases such as lupus and other conditions. Its common side effects include dyspepsia, stomach acidity or ulcer, bleeding, fragile skin, thinning of the bones, increased blood sugar, high blood pressure, mood changes, increased facial hair growth, increased risk of infection and delayed menstruation.

Advised to consult a gynecologist for further evaluation for delayed period.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
