Does Methamphetamine Cause Swelling In The Finger?

I went to visit my son in jail today he has been in for three weeks now for meth I noticed his fingers were really swollen otherwise he looked better than I have seen him in sometime, are the swollen finger due to his meth use? even after three weeks in jail ?

Swelling of fingers is sometimes related to Methamphentamine's adverse effect. Was there any pain, irritation that you observed? As you mentioned he is in jail, so it can be during a fight that he got into there. So its better to get it checked by a doctor to see what exactly is causing this.
