Does Marijuana Help In The Treatment Of Hemochromatosis?

I am 19 years old and I was diagnosed with hemachromatosis by my primary care physician. It s genetic. We first found it in my grandfather, sadly too late to get regular treatment and help for it. My dad was then tested for it and had it, and in the last year or two we found out I have it as well. I was using marijuana for a while and noticed my iron leveled out a bit in my more recent doctor visits. My question is, can marijuana help with hemachromatosis and it s side effects, or was this just a coincidence?
