Does Kenalog Injection In Shoulder Cause Menstrual Bleeding?
Received kenalog injection in shoulder and a week later had postmenopausal bleeding for 10 days. Gyno did biopsy and everything ok. I m also on Coumadin. Was told it could be the kenalog by one doc and no from another. Just got second shot in shoulder 2 weeks ago and now bleeding returned. Can it be from the kenalog or something else I should look into?

Since the bleeding occurred post kenalog bleeding in both instances and the investigations by your gynecologist were normal then it is likely related to the kenalog.
Disorders of the endometrium (internal aspects of the uterus) are one of the most worrying causes of post menopausal bleeding but this would have been ruled out by the tests done.
