Does IBS Cause Discomfort In Bowels And Pain In The Groin?

Hi, i suffer from IBS but the last 3 days i feel like there is something stuck in my bowel. i pass poo ok even though it is rather loose and i have a permanent pain in my left groin which hurts more when i try to lift my left leg. is this normal with IBS thank you

As you said you have pain in your left groin, and it increases when you try to lift your left leg, it could probably be an inflammation of your left colon, it could be because of IBS or an infection. A few more answers like if you have fever, vomiting, feel the urge to poo but nothing comes out, how the pain feels could help to pinpoint to the cause.

Of course, as per your question, there can be a pain in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), but not a permanent one. It could even be because of stone in the ureter, but I don't want you to think deeper into it. If you feel the pain is unusual please visit a doctor.
