I have been using the estradiol ring for 2 months if I take it out for a day ..is there anything I should put it in so it wont dry out? I have been having trouble having an orgasm....I took it out today and want to see if anything changes in a few days? Also I gained weight and joined gym diet etc and cant lose the 10 lbs. At first I thought it was from my low thyroid but now Im thinking its from the ring?
