Ortho Tri-Cyclen LO may reduce the efficacy of Divalproex.

If taken along with Divalproex, the combine hormonal contraceptives like
Ortho Tri-Cyclen LO (Ethinyl estradiol / Norgestimate) can cause loss of seizure control or symptoms such as tremors, poor muscle coordination, increased seizures, and changes in behavior.
