Hi,

It is better to get connected to a doctor than start taking medications by yourself. However, you can take Zevit, Ginseng, Vitamin B5, B6, C and E, Zinc, Omega-3, antioxidants together with lifestyle changes.

Stay away from stress, anxiety, pollution, take high protein diet and adequate sleep. It will take some time but continue taking medications and maintain lifestyle, the count will increase. You may get sometimes dizzy, (no worries) its because of medications. So take nourishing diet. Clomid (Clomiphene) is popular and effective in treating infertility in women.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

General Surgeon Dr. Shinas Hussain's  Response
Hello,

Clomiphene does not help to increase sperm count.
You can consult an infertility specialist and get evaluated to look for any possible causes for low sperm count like varicocele and correct the underlying cause. Multivitamin supplements has go some effects but results are not satisfactory.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
