Does Cerazette Start Working Straight Away?
I am 51 years old and have not had a physical relationship for a year so there is no question of my being pregnant. I am now in a relationship and my Doctor has put me on Cerazette. She said I can take it straight away without waiting for my period and that it will be safe at once. Is this right ?

You can start taking Cerazette at any time in your menstrual cycle.
If you start it on day 1 to 5 of your period you'll be protected from pregnancy straight away and don't need to use any extra contraception.
