Do Thyroid Issues Cause Persistent Fever, Nausea And Irregular Periods?

I have had a chronic fever (low grade) along with nausea, and feeling very tired and just not well, off and on now for several months. I ve also had irregular periods the past 4 months, or so. Could any of this be caused by Thyroid issues, or what could be going on? (a number of things, I m sure) (No chance of preganacY

Hi welcome to the health care magic

No need to be panic for fever and irregular period

Thyroid issues, PID, endometriosis, ovarian cause etc needs to be ruled out

Work up done with CBC and USG pelvis for primary work up

According to cause further specific treatment given

If infection is the cause than antibiotic prescribed

If no cause found than Hormonal imbalance might be the reason for which Hormonal estimation done and primolute like drug prescribed

Take care

Consult gynecologist for examination and subsequent work up
