Do Pain And Tinging Indicate Anxiety Attack In Type 2 Diabetic?

A 24 year old type 2 diabetic who suffers anxiety I had what I thought was an anxiety attack today only symptoms r still there chest pain tingling in both hands burning pain between shoulder blades and very bad jaw and tooth pain in which I have never had

Hi,

The symptoms you had might be related to anxiety attack. However, as you are a type 2 diabetic, should discuss with neurologist to rule out diabetic neuropathy.

Another cause could be muscular-skeletal pain. You can take an over-the-counter painkiller and see if it can help. Having warm bathes can also help.

I also advise to monitor your blood sugar levels and blood pressure. Taking chamomile and valeriana tea can also help calm you down.
