Do Kalms And Tramadol Cause Delay In Menses?

I should have started my periods last Tuesday and still not started I am not sexually active so know I cant be pregnant I have costochondritis so have been taking kalms for anxiety and tramadol as and when required for pain can this affect my periods I am never late?

The menstrual cycle can be affected by different factors including: (1) emotional stress or illness such as anxiety
(2)physical illness- it is possible that the costochondritis may be affecting the period
(3)PCOS
(4)thyroid disease
(5)high levels of prolactin hormone
(6)inadequate diet
(7)high levels of physical activity
