Hi Doc,
I want to know, is it safe to use cyclogest 400 even at 20 weeks of pregnancy? I am a hypertensive and insuline resistant. I have taken cyclogest till 20th week. but my consultant gave me to use it again in 20th week due to my complain for lower abdominal cramps.

cyclogest is progesterone that is given to prevent preterm labour and to support your pregnancy.
there is no harm in taking it...so you can use it...
lower abdominal cramp may be suggestive of preterm labour..
dont ignore it visit your consultant..
