Do Fatigue, Nausea And Back Pain Indicate Pregnancy?

I was ovulating during the middle of February. my significant other and I had a lot of unprotected sex where he did not utilize the pull out method. exactly one week after the last day we had sex I had a very short period or so I thought. it was about 2 maybe 2 1/2 days long at the end of the month. then I had a 2 1/2 day period during the end of March and just spotting for 3 days at the end of april. normally my period should be the beginning of the month so i m not sure if those are late or early. I ve never been pregnant but I ve been experiencing some odd symptoms that I looked up and could be linked to pregnancy. the symptoms are fatigue, a lot of nausea, back pain, slight cramping but mostly just a weird feeling in my belly, heightened senses but nothing that s been making me sick, headaches at random, slight dizziness and mood swings. I took a pregnancy test earlier today and it came back negative. i m on a boat that has a small clinic but not a hospital so i m trying to figure this out kind of on my own. could I be pregnant even with the spotting and short periods?

hi
i have gone through your question and as you are o boat i can also understand your concern.
as per your history you are suffering from irregular periods these cane be due to long travelling, stress, hormonal change etc....
and you are not seems to be pregnant as your pregnancy test is also negative.
so dont worry keep calm.
and do not relate symptoms like, (headaches at random, slight dizziness and mood swing ) with pregnancy as there is thousands of reason which can cause these.
hoping this information will help you
regards
Dr Arvind
