Hi chinnu
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.

The drugs you mention are used in Medical Termination of Pregnancy. These are to be used only under Doctor`s prescription. As using these drugs has the risk for severe bleeding which needs immediate medical support.
You can get a Home pregnancy test available in pharmacy and test your early morning urine sample and read it as given on the test literature. Two thick lines indicate a positive test , proving pregnancy.

If you have burning sensation of urine , back pain you probably have an urinary infection.Maintaining adequate hydration and antibiotic course can treat Urinary infection.

Please visit your Gynecologist for complete evaluation and treatment plan.

Take care.
