Do Amenorrhea And Removal Of Fallopian Tubes Decrease The Chances Of Pregnancy?

I am now 23 years old, I had my fallopian tubes removed when I was 19, I use to have periods, irregular I might add, but my periods have almost never been regular, but not this bad. I haven t had my period since November of 2016. It s March 2017. Just wondering what it could be? I m starting to get worried. I also have taken a pregnancy test, it was negative, which doesn t surprise me considering my doctor said my chances of getting pregnant were slim to none. Someone please help me.
