Do Alcohol And Marijuana Intake Hinders The Surgical Process Of Nasal Polyp?

About a month from now I will be having surgery to remove some nasal polyps. I ve been told that the week before surgery I should avoid blood thinners such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, etc., but I was not warned against using alcohol or marijuana in the days leading up to the surgery. I will definitely not show up at the hospital under the influence, but would they cause any complications if used a couple days before? Additionally, I have heard that recovery from nasal polyp removal can be painful. I would like to ingest some edible marijuana to help with the pain. Could that be harmful to my health?

HI
Well come to HCM
This is not good idea to have such narcotic drug and this can not be used in any circumstances, this is not going to work here as long as the pain is concern of any type, so better avoid this idea, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
