Hello,

Thyrowel is a capsule compounded of several supplements (iron, vit B12, zinc, etc) and generally is not dangerous unless in over dose. I would advise you to use it as recommended and do the needed follow ups as the doctor might have already advised.
Her TSH is a little higher than the usual values (should be within 0.5-5) but is not high enough to start thyroid hormones so a good follow up is needed to see if she will progress and need thyroid hormone or not.

I hope this is helpful and answers to your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
