Do I Need Another Valve Replacement Having A Defibrillator And Had Valve Replacement Few Years Ago?

My sister has chf and is in hospital with difficulty breathing. She has ten percent heart function. Is she in end stage of this disease? She has a defibrillator and had valve replacement 8 years ago. Is she a candidate for another valve replacement?

Hi
I read your query and unfortunately she is in and stage heart failure.
This is based in her heart function which is very low (she has severe heart failure) and she has done all the possible intervention to treat the heart failure.
The only thing what we can do in this case is the palliative treatment.
Hope i answered to your query.
