ENT Specialist 's  Response
I think there is an element of confusion ... white spots in your ear has nothing to do with active strep infection.. in all probability it represents tympani sclerosis ; calcium deposition on your tympanic membrane as a result of previous healed ear infection and nothing needs to be done about it.. either way please get your ears checked by an Ent specialist .
