Hi

Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum

Mere tissue damage cannot cause deviation of the nasal framework. There should be broken nasal bones which could have altered the structure. I personally feel, if its a mild deviation you can just neglect it. But, if its a grossly deviated nose, then you should finish off your competition and later go for a rhinoplasty procedure.

Regards
