Do Acne Stop, Treclin And Acnestar S Soap Cause Excessive Dryness Of Skin?

I have acne prone with puss problem on my face and because of this i got many dark spots and marks on my face.. For this i am using medicine Acnestop-20 , Treclin, and Ancnestar- s Soap . From last three days i have started this medication. And now am getting severe burning sensation after washing my face with acnestar-s soap and using treclin gel too and my skin is becoming dry and even when i touch my face it hurts ... please help me.. what should i do.. kindly reply please.

Thanks for asking,
You are using isotretinoin cap and soap All of these reduces sebum production leading to dryness of face. The link contains Tretinoin and more than pea size amount or day time application cause drying and burning. Use non comedogenic emollient two to three times daily to avoid burning.
Use Tretinoin in the form of short contact therapy that means apply Tretinoin and wash after one hour this will minimize irritation.
