hi, thanks for asking on HCM

I would advice you to discontinue Vicco turmeric

You can continue with clindamycin gel day time.

As a treating dermatologist i usually give a topical retinoid gel night time to all of my patients. It acts against all grades of acne and is first line of treatment.

Instead of using a soap you can use a Non-soap based gentle cleanser like cetaphil cleansing lotion.

Oral medication like doxycycline or azithromycin need to be added if you have inflammatory acne.

take care
regards
