Dizziness, Depression, Fatigue. Prescribe Good Diet Plan For Fitness

hi doctor i m 34 yrs old weight 52kg height 5 feet 1 inch. I work in a company but i feel very weak pls tell me diet to keep ourself fit. when i born my mom got jaundice and i was very weak and i start walking at the age of 4. i also go to gym daily and do exercise. I always feel dizziness and depressed as i dont have baby yet. pls suggest me how to get rid of this weakness and which food is good for that.

Hi,

Thanks for writing to health care magic.

First get a check up from your doctor. A physical examination and if necessary investigations like Hb%, thyroid profile will rule out conditions like anemia, hypothyroidism etc which may cause such problems.

Consume a diet rich in fruits and green leafy vegetables. Such diet will provide minerals and vitamins. You can have good proteins from milk, egg etc.
