Dime Size Spot In Middle Of Head For 15 Years. Advice?

i have a dime size spot in the middle of my head . it looks like a ringworm but i did a biopsy and the doc said it was just the skin growing back too quickly so it leaves a dark thicken skin and it have a strange feeling only at that spot i had it for about 15 to 20 years and cant seems to get rid of it. your advise would be highly appreciated .

You did not submit the biopsy report here, it would have been helpful if given here, although as I always said that every skin lesion has to be examined for exact nature of lesion, it is with you since more than 15 years, and nothing bad happened since then, you better have second opinion from another skin specialist, take care have nice day.
