Difficulty On Putting Weight On Foot, Tingling And Numbness, Pain Radiating To Leg After Someone Stamped The Foot With Heels. Home Remedy?
a friend stood on my bare foot with 4inch heels, any how a week down the line i cannot put any weight on the foot, it is tingling and numb. I cannot bend the last three toes and have extreme pain travelling up my leg. I suffer with extreme anxiety and dont want to go hospital unless i have to....what can i do at home that will make it better?
