I'm 23,Male and i'm masturbating nearly 8 years. in the beginning years its was very pleasant,like a current passing through the whole body but last 3-4 years i'm experiencing difficulty. no matter how many times i masturbate a day i still feel unsatisfied with the orgasm. its like an incomplete sensation which i never experienced in early years. and also a feeling to ejaculate something through the anus. there is always this uncomfortable feeling in my anus and sometimes it feels like to insert something inside it and rub or masturbate and get relive from that feeling. don't know how to describe that sensation . but when i touch my penis there is something tingling back in anal wall. for the past 1 or 2 years i feel sudden urge to urinate and defecate and sometimes can't even control until i reach the toilet. does this do something with the problem i mentioned earlier? recently i came to hear about rectal prolapse and i can relate some symptoms with that but not sure. plz Help... very embarrassing...
