Difficulty In Climbing Stairs, Depressed, Aching Knee Joints. On Embetta, Ativan And Zolam. Any Advice?
I am forty years old.I am a female.I have never been involved in any sexual activity. For the last three years, I have been using embetta xr 25,ativan 2mg and zolam 0.5mg.I am an electrical engineer.I work at a construction site.So I do a lot of climbing and walking.I was very fit all this while, though I was using these three medicines.Recently I lost a promotion. That depressed me.My blood pressure went up.Now I am using embetta xr50.Other two medicines remain the same.Right now I have difficulty in climbing the stairs. The knee joints are aching. The blood in my periods has gone down, though last month it was almost normal.
Hi Thanks for the query Your symptoms can be related to depression per se. How ever, a possibility of muscle disease needs to be excluded. Please get examined by a local neurologist and check your serum electrolytes, thyroid function, blood glucose etc which can cause similar problem.Your menstrual irregularities can be due to stress. Hope this helps Best wishes
