You are just 29 year old only. You can wait for another two months. Usually one has to wait for at least 6 months of consistent and continuous intercourse before getting investigated for infertility. Your sperm count is 70 millions, which is more than sufficient. 40 % active sperms is not that bad. It may show variations in subsequent analysis.

Abnormal forms are more than the normal. 10-15 pus cells indicates infection of reproductive tract. It has to be corrected with appropriate antibiotics. Treatment for reproductive tract infection itself will increase the motility of the sperms. Look into your thyroid profile. The abnormal thyroid function may be a cause for abnormal forms. Everything can easily correctable by an Andrlogist or an infertility specialist.
If your wife is not able to get conceived within another two months you can seek the help of the specialist and start the treatment. In no time you will become a father if your wife has no problem.
