Diet To Be Followed Throughout Pregnancy To Improve The Skin Completion Of The Baby?

I have a moderate fair complexion and my husband has dark colored complexion whereas his mother and his sister are fair (My husband is like his daddy who is dark). I know that genes only decide a child s complexion but still can anyone of you suggest me the diet to be followed throughout pregnancy to possibly get a light skinned baby.

Hi Nitya!
welcome to HCM!
As you are already aware complexion of baby is GENETIC and nothing you eat is going to change that.
I have heard many people advice on different things like milk and saffron, fennel seeds or having orange juice daily, some say pomegranate juice, even pineapples daily but thats myth there is no scientific basis!
A baby should be born healthy thats what matters. So take a healthy balanced diet dont overeat anything and dont avoid anything based on these myths.
wishing you a healthy baby.take care!
