Did Transvaginal Ultra Sound, Thick Endometris, Dialated Corpus Letum. Pregnant?

I will be 40 years old this September. I spoted last cycle. Went to my OBGYN which did a transvaginal ultra sound and my endometris is thick and my corpus letum is dialiated. Might be a sign of early pregnancy. I waited a week and home pregnancy test is neg. my blood work all came back excellent. Could it still be to early to tell if I am pregnant?

Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that you are not pregnant. It is not to be early to tell that you are pregnant but better to consult your doctor for this.
