Diarrhea, No Weight Loss, Gas With Mucus. What Is My Problem?

I had about 5 years of chronic constipation ,then about 18 months ago I started eating better (more fiber ) and my bms got fairly regular. Things went smooth until about 10 weeks ago for 8 weeks I had explosive diarreah no weight loss . since about 2 weeks ago I have had a few bms but mostly gas with a lot of mucous. What is my problem

Thanks for writing your query.

Explosive diarrhea is seen commonly on excessive intake of fibres.
I would advise that you should be moderate in eating fibre rich foods.

I would also suggest that you should get your stool examined for any infection.

Eat light meals prepared under hygienic conditions.
Also take care of your hydration.
