Diarrhea, Fatigue, Nausea, Pain In Ovaries. Done Partial Hysterectomy, Hernia Surgery. Suggestions?

Hi my name is Nina. I am 53 yrs old and I had hernia surgery 4wks ago. The past 3 days I have had diarrhea and fatigue nausea and feel like I am going to pass out. Then I have as of today had severe pain where my ovaries are mostly on left side, In November of 1991 had partial hysterectomy done I called my surgeon and waiting for a call most likely it wont be until tomorrow.

Hi, the diarrhea, is entirely different from your previous health problems and surgeries. It is due to food poisoning, and the pain is also due to infection only.
I to my patient with such diarrhea, and nausea, prescribe ofloxacin, omeprazole, domperidone, dicyclomine hydrochloride, and loperamide when ever there are motions. and if there is dehydration, infusions till the dehydration is cleared. Thank you.
