Diagnosed With Negative VDRL & False Positive TPHA

I have negative VDRL and false positive TPHA with no sex experience at all. How come it happened? Prior to the test, I had diarrhea and vomiting. Then on the day of the test, i undergone fasting for 12 hours with no oral intake at all..Please help me

Sometimes tests can come positive even if you not suffering from any disease due to errors in doing the diagnostic tests. There could be many reasons for it like wrong method, human error or conflicting substances etc.
