Diagnosed With Late Stage Cirrhosis, type II Diabetes With Severe Kidney Pain
I have late stage cirrhosis, type II diabetes with severe pain in kidneys. I know my kidneys are picking up the slack from my liver not working properly. I have HepC but went thru ribavirin/interferon trtmt. and the last time blood work was done it didn t show in my blood. Basically I think it is back. I have bulging discs that I have been taking over counter various drugs for. No alcohol or drugs other than prescribed by my doctor. I need pains meds that do not have any acet. or ibup. or ANY buffer at all. would oxycodone be one of those? My pharmacist suggested talking to my dr. about this pain med. said it would not hurt my liver or kidneys. If not- what would work. No breathing problems, haven t drank alcohol in 10 years, don t smoke. I am not a candidate for transplant.
All these entities are the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus, as the proved microvascular complications such as 1. Nephropathy 2. Neuropathy 3. Retinopathy and macrovascular complications such as 1. Peripheral arterial disease 2. Coronary vascular disease
so all these entities can lead to above mentioned complications.
So dont worry these things cannot be reversed. You need to consult your endocrinologist.
Thanks
