Greetings,
1)Get done fresh ECG(EKG)/Understand your detailed Echocardiograph(Status of your Heart)-Which vave/Number of valves involved, your heart function(Ejection fraction).Dilated Chambers or not?
2)What is better:Medicines vs. Surgery(Repair)/Risk Benefit ratio?
3)Get drugs for symptoms of failure-diuretics/digoxin/Beta blocker-drugs dosage & Schedules as per requirement/as per clinical conditions.
4)Diet Plan
5) Activity Plan
6)Sugar level,Lipid profile are additional investigations you can opt for.
