Hi, Welcome to HCM. Few general suggestions to reduce severity of your problem are: Eat healthy diet- avoid sweets, oily food, take plenty of green leafy vegetables, fruits (Not fruit juice). Exercise at least 30 minutes daily & exercise should be sweat inducing exercise like jogging, swimming, skipping, running etc. Coming to hair problem: If you are unmarried & not trying for pregnancy, you can ask your doctor to prescribe contraceptive pills with antiandrogens (Like Yasmin), it will help in reducing excessive hair. If you are trying for pregnancy, you can try other options for hair removal like removal with LASER. Hope this helps you. Wish you good health. Regards.
