Diagnosed With Hashimotos Disease, Taking Thyroxine, Have Thyroid Function Test Reading. Can Any Online Doctor Help?

hi Dr, I am (almost) 53 y/o woman 5.7 and weigh around 66kgs, In 2004 I was diagnosed with Hashimotos disease now taking 100mcg Thyroxine daily as well as hormone replacement Kliovance... My last thyroid function test reading was Free T4 31.4 / TSH 0.01 / Free T3 5.6 . Thyroxine was reduced from 150mcg to improve TSH level but not effective - I have felt for a number of years that I retain fluid, I maintain a healthy diet , do not exercise on a regular basis but do enjoy walking when time permits...I would like to drop 5-8 kgs, but find it very difficult to budge the weight....I d appreciate your general comment on the info I ve provided Thanks Helen

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I carefully gone through your history and found that the main culprit is your Hormone (Replacing) therapy If I would be your family physician the I would forcefully asked you to stop such medicine, once you stop this you will find result very soon and you will be happy, here no need to reduce the dose of thyroxine, this kind of hormone replacing therapy does not benefited instead can cause great harm, please take care of your self have good luck.
