Diagnosed With Basilar Migraines, Vasodepressor Syncope. Nausea, Worser Headaches, Frequent Brain Zaps. Causes ?

My name is AAAAA. I'm a 24yr old female. I've been diagnosed with Basilar Migraines and Vasodepressor Syncope. Since 7/28/13, I have been feeling nauseas. My headaches have been getting worse, and I'm getting brain zaps more frequently. I may or may not have an ear infection in my left ear. I'm not sure what caused it. Anyway, I called my Dr.'s office and left a message for the nurse. No one has contacted me back yet. But the receptionist who I'm close with, said that with everything that is going on, I need to be seen right away. But my mother is on vacation and everyone I know is busy. I don't have a car and I have no way to get to the dr. It's not a hospital emergency, I don't think. But I would like to know what may be going on and how I can handle it until I'm able to go to the doctor. I also see a chiropractor for back and neck pain. Please let me know what you think as soon as you can. Thank you.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, you are under the treatment for back pain, and neck pain. Syncope could be caused by the migrine, backpain, or neck pain, or gastric irritation.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, and NSAIDS for temporary pain relief, latter you can consult your doctor for diagnosis. Thank you.
