the problem is my ears have a yellow crusty layer on them and i want to know if i should be removing this or leave it alone before applying the cream.
thanks

Hi, As you got fungal infection in ear, put anti fungal drops in pite of cream as cream may stuck to the wall and there might be crust formation. Before putting drops or applying cream gently clean with ear buds and clean the part. While taking bath put some cotton buds in your ears to prevent water going inside. Wetness in ears can encourage fungus to grow. ok and take care.
