Dent On Top Of Head, No Pain. History Of Psoriasis. Should I Be Concerned?

I just found a dent on the top of my head, starting at the hairline and reaching back about 2-3 inches. It does not hurt, but it is deep and I am certain it was not there before. I have had Psoriasis in the past when I am stressed, so I feel my scalp regularly to inspect for it. I think it is odd, but my family is extremely concerned, as they have now all felt it too. Should I be as well?

Hi, this dent could be because of a scar formation in that area probably seconarily to some autoimmune condition .A biopsy would help in the diagnosis.
