It looks that you are having pain at your knee with swelling & dent.Looking at your details it can be
osteoarthritis of knee.You should do following to have relief in this-
- Avoid bending movements at knee.
-You should decrease your weight as this is main factor in overloading of joint with old age.
-Start doing quadriceps exercises.These exercises are designed to increase the strength of thigh muscles.This will take away the weight from knee to muscles of thigh.You should do these like following-

-Do warm fomentation at your knee.This will reduce pain.
-Start taking some joint supplements like
glucosamine & chondroitin sulfate preparations.This will help in regeneration of
cartilage at your knee.
-You should at least have a
x ray of your joint because there is possibility of presence of loose bodies in your knee.If this is there then you may need a surgical intervention to remove that.
