Delayed Periods, Undergone IUI, Negative Pregnancy Test Results. Any Ideas?

Hi,
I had an IUI on 15th of April 2013.My follicle were of size 19,17,16mm .And endomertiium 7.9mm.
Itz 21 days since ovulation ,still havent got my periods and when i did home pregnancy test, it showed negative.
Visited my doctor today .she did follicle test where my endomertiium ws 7.5mm.
Am i pregnant?
if not why my periods have been delayed

Hi dear user, thanks for asking to us.
Only on the basis of endometrial thickness pregnancy cannot be confirmed. Sometimes in very early pregnancy, levels of HCG are too low to be detected by home pregnancy test. In my opinion, either you should wait for few more days or you can go for blood test i.e. serum beta HCG levels to diagnose your pregnancy.
